thank you fuji revolving sushi bar. every time we go we have a wonderful visit. the staff is great (from the time they "take our phone order" to the time we pick it up). today (1/8/25) rachel and gina "took care of us". we tip them nice (everytime) because they are always pleasantand professional (and get our order correct). and, maku (the chef) always makes our order delicious !!!

Walking in you check in right away seems very family style and bright inside. The service was quick and fast. I was seated pretty quick. Revolving sushi is always fun. I only ate 6 plates so no prize but I liked it for a change of my usual sushi spots

This is not your ordinary conveyor belt sushi. You have your standard rolling along Nigeria sushi, but if you want certain items you can order it from the servers her who were so very helpful! I was happy that you had to order the salmon roe and the masago roll because it was super fresh! But not just sushi! You can oder all types of ramen and udon (full size) soup and garlic noodles with your choice of meat! Off of Katella sharing the same parking lot as Costco, it's really located in a convenient spot. Parking was okay for me, but I did it for dinner. Quality of fish was awesome! Definite recommend!

Parking is rough because it shares a parking lot with Costco and some other businesses. There is a good variety of items between the sushi on the conveyor belt and all of the items you can order via table service. I tried sushi from the belt and it was pretty good. If you order a soda, it will come in a can and they give you a cup of ice. Service is a little slow, so be aware of that if you're in a hurry.

First time here! Was on my way to get Costco gas after church and saw this and started craving sushi. Didn't realize it was revolving until I got closer and got even more excited! You see, the first time I remember having sushi was with my family back in Hong Kong. We went to a revolving sushi place and I LOVED it! So this brought back memories! Anyway, I love having a variety of things to try. This was perfect! The hot tea pairs perfectly with it too! And the cute set up, ambiance and how everything you need is right in front of you! The wasabi looks like balls of matcha ice cream! lol! I tried: Eel sushi, crispy rice with spicy tuna (crispy! Mmmm!), the crawfish roll, the baked scallop roll, Philly roll (it was ok) and then ordered Salmon, yellow tail and albacore sashimi. My 3 favorite without the carbs. No uni here... but OMG! Check out my pics! They cut the salmon, yellowtail and albacore so thick and juicy for me! Salmon is always yummy! Yellowtail was so buttery and delicious! Albacore had a hint of smokiness. Perfection! Oh wow! The hot Cheeto roll?! Hahaha! Who would've thought to make something like this! Wow! Yummy! And the crème brûlée ?! So good! I'm done! I'm so full! It was just me and I ate 6 plates plus sashimi and the crème brûlée and hot tea!!! I think I'm done with food for today! lol! Will definitely be back! My son would love this place!

Our Go-To for a fun family night out and sushi! Who doesn't love the anticipation of your next dish as the revolving food belt coming swishing by?! Catch it before the next table does! Lots of sushi roll varieties including the classics: California roll, volcano roll, salmon roll, spicy tuna, etc. And if sushi is not your thing, check out their menu for udon, ramen, rice dishes and even French fries- YUM!

Stumbled upon this cute little spot after stopping at Costco in the same lot. Came in for an early dinner and it was perfect timing. Go seated right away and because of the rotating belt, the food is quick. Ordered a sushi roll and ramen off the menu which also came out quick. I believe there are two booths and the rest are counter tops. Lots of different sushi, ramen, and even teishoku platters to choose from. All servers were really nice. Nice place, I'd definitely come back.

Came on a Sunday evening. Parking was ample. I'm sure if you come during lunch, it might be packed since it's next to Costco. Got seated right away, we asked for a booth. Only two both FYI. Since it's purpose is to sit around the revolving bar. Had Spicy Shoyu Ramen, it had good flavor. Just wish the temperature was hotter. Next time, I'll asked to not include the cabbage. Didn't realize it had it. Friend wanted Teriyaki Chicken, so he ordered a bento box. He enjoyed it. Dark meat chicken. He did comment the portion was on the smaller side of what he normally gets from other places. Had a couple usually sushi and rolls from the revolving belt. It was fun. Left with our bellies happy. Would I come back, yes.

I tried this place for the first time. They have the conveyer bar just like revolve sushi in the pieology mall next to the cypress high school. Packed during lunch time today, I foundonly the bar was available. My wife is a sushi lover and she doesn't like the conveyer style foods. She is also picky about the sushi rice. When we ordered the dragon, rainbow for our entrée and egg roll for the appetizer, hot sake for myself, we waited for the appetizer for a while. They didn't serve it quickly. My wife said right away the rice was not great. The rolls are tiny. I noticed too the rice was not chewy, once I tasted my first dragon roll. I liked the hot sake. Almost good quality. As an appetizer, they served it after we finished the rolls at the end. How weird! I feel something missing for the foods. I'd used to go to the fancy sushi restaurant in Buena Park for a while, I never felt the sushi rice was hard, something was missing. For the express lunch or dinner, this place is good for the fast service from the conveyer. You pay less, eat fast, but the foods are on the conveyer for a while. We have over 80 in the afternoon in the summer, I am kind of concern it, is this o.k? How long are the plates sitting on the conveyer? Pros Price: good but so small Cons: Quality: sushi express taste not the restaurant This was the 2nd time I tried conveyer sushi type of restaurant in Cypress. If you are alone, less than 2 people, good to go but not recommened for the large group of party.
